    I was tasked with a very simple NetAPP FAS2040 (no shelves) installation which only includes a power-up and controller initialization but have some questions which i can seem to find any concrete answears: 1. I am suppose to just get the system running and then hand it over to another overseas IT team so I went ahead it configured one port on each controller with a fixed IP for OnCommand. However I see those ports are the same that could be used for iSCSI traffic (but I would not know that as we have not given any more details on what is going to be done with the unit).     Hello! After deleting a flex volume ontap will move all the space of the volume to wafl reserve (aggr show_space). Then it takes a long time until ontap had really released the space. Is it possible to speed up this work? Thank youRainer

    HI folk, I find a weird thing in IMT : FCoE isn't supported by SMO under Windows platforms. Really ?If SDW is supported with Windows and FCoE, SMO should be... No ? Anybody could confirm or infirm IMT ? Thanks a lotMathias
